The Punjab Photographers’ Association’
(Regd.) Punjab, office: 537 New Jawahar Nagar, Jalandhar is organizing two days
event to display latest photography equipment at ‘Sona Grand Resort’ NH95,
Firozpur Road, Ludhiana (Mullanpur), PUNJAB on 16th and 17th August 2025. We
are inviting you to participate in this event.
Terms & Conditions regarding booking
your stall are given below: -
1.
Booking amount will be 50% in advance.
2.
The balance amount needs to be deposited before
31st July 2025 otherwise booking will be considered cancelled and no refund
would be given.
3.
Lunch and
tea will be provided free of cost by The Punjab Photographers’ Association.
4.
Booth
cannot be transferred to another company or person without the consent of
association.
5.
Two chairs, 1 table, two led lights, 1 plug and
2 water bottles are included in booked booth. Extra water bottles will be
charged 10/- per bottle.
6.
For any
extra material for your booked booth phone number of fabricator will be shared
after booking. You must have some kind of proof of the booked material.
7.
Association will not be responsible for any
extra material which provided by fabricator. Please share the information in
written of any material ordered by you to fabricator so that any
misunderstanding could solve easily.
8.
Two exhibitor passes will be provided to every
booked booth.
9.
500watt electricity load included in the booth
price. After that extra load will be charged 2000/-Rs per kilowatt. Over load
consumption stall’s electricity connection will be disconnected and sealed or
fined by the association.
10. Load should be decided before 31st July 2025.
Extra load charges will be deposit before 31st July 2025. After declared date
load would not be passed.
11. Details
for Transport Travelling Letter should be received till 31st July 2025.
12. Products
or material should be display inside the stalls no one display any item in the
walking area. If display material found in the walking area stall will be
sealed.
13. Vehicles should only be park in the parking
area after unloading the material.
14. Demand of GST bill by someone can’t be met. We
can’t provide it because The Punjab Photographers’ Association is a
non-profitable welfare Society. So, we provide only receipt of any amount.
15. If
there would be any problem in online receiving payment or might payment sent
back automatically then the next date for payment would be given to you. If
payment not received by the given date booking will be cancelled.
16. Unfortunately,
If the event is postponed for any reason, then next date will be provided. In
this case If you cannot participate in the exhibition then booth can transfer
to another person or company by you or The Association. If booth remain vacant
or unsold then 95% of total amount will be refunded. Hope you support it.
16. The terms and conditions are applicable for both
parties.
